Dobbies To Close Smallest Garden Centre

Dobbies is to close Dalgety Day garden centre, near Dunfermline, its smallest garden centre.

CEO Graeme Jenkins said, “In line with our strategic plan we have taken the decision to close Dalgety Bay, our smallest garden centre.  Our focus remains growing the business through destination garden centres.”

“Our store in Dunfermline, which is only four miles away, is considered one of our larger centres where customers can enjoy a wide range of products and services.”

The centre will close during February with the loss of approximately 27 jobs.
