DFS Launches Sofa In Dulux Colour of the Year 2022: Bright Skies™

DFS is excited to announce that its sleek and tech savvy Java range will now be available in Dulux Colour of the Year 2022 Bright Skies™, offering an easy way to incorporate the must-have colour of the season into your home.

Each year, a team of colour and design experts from Dulux identifies the colour trends set to feature in the year ahead and beyond, reflecting and defining the mood of the moment.

For 2022, Dulux has unveiled Bright Skies™ as the Colour of the Year for 2022. This serene shade of blue is designed to emulate the vast open sky and bring a feeling of calmness and optimism into your space.

To celebrate the launch, the popular Java range from DFS including a swivel chair, armchair, footstools, a two, three or four-seater sofa and a generous corner sofa will be available in Bright Skies™. Customers will also be able to choose from an additional five shades from the first of Dulux’s four complementary palettes for the year, the Greenhouse palette, including Calming Meadow, Tranquil Dawn™, River Valley™, Denim Drift™ and Fresh Foliage.

Inspired by nature and reminiscent of dewy meadows and meandering rivers, these shades are the ideal way to bring a touch of the great outdoors into your living room and perfectly complement the modern lines and button detailing of the sumptuous velvet Java collection from DFS. A choice of three scatter cushion designs will also be available - a plain velvet, a textured weave, and an original pattern design by DFS Senior Designer Lauren Harris.

The DFS Java range has been designed with relaxation - and recharging - in mind, and incorporates smart technology in the form of a wireless phone charging pad, which is discreetly built into the sofa arm to offer extra convenience.
