Capital Gardens Buys Sherfield Garden Centre From Wyevale

Wyevale GC’s Sherfield On Loddon Garden Centre at Hook has become the latest acquisition for award-winning Capital Gardens, which now has five plant-centric garden centres.

Sherfield is the second aquisition Capital Gardens has made this year. The group owns and manages successful sites at Alexandra Palace, Neals Nursery, Studley Green and Woods of Berkhamsted.

MD Colin Campbell Preston said: “Greatly expanding the plant offering to include new and unusual cultivars is what Capital Gardens Centres are known for.  Sherfield will offer the most exciting range of indoor and outdoor plants of any centre in the area”.

Stephen Reynolds, manager at Sherfield, added: “It’s great to be teamed up with Capital Gardens. Wwe’ll be working alongside skilled experts. Already, we’ve got exciting things ahead – better pricing and the expansion of our range of plants.”
