Bunnings plans second opening event in St. Albans this weekend

Customers at the new Bunnings store in St. Albans are set to enjoy a second opening event this weekend.

A Paw Patrol 'meet and greet' will take place on both weekend days (February 18th-19th), along with face painting and balloon modelling.

There will also be a traditional Bunnings 'sausage sizzle' on both days, which will raise funds for two different charities.

The event follows a successful initial opening weekend which saw children entertained by a Peppa Pig show and candy floss stands.

Complex manager, Andy Kenwrick, said: “Our team members worked extremely hard to prepare for the opening so it’s been fantastic to be able to welcome customers into the store.

“We look forward to continuing to help customers with their home improvement and garden projects.”
