• 10th November: Fife, Kirkcaldy - refurbishment and expansion

• 30th November: Solihull Retail Park, Shirley - new store located in former Mothercare World and Dreams Beds site

December 2022

• 1st December: New Southgate, London - new store

January 2023

• 4th January: Telford, Shropshire - expansion
  
  
• 21st January: Hulme, Manchester - expansion 
  
  
• 25th January: Barracks Mill Retail Park, Macclesfield - new store and garden centre

February 2023

• 6th February: Glencairn Retail Park, Kilmarnock - new store and garden centre

March 2023

• 4th March: Cortonwood Shopping Centre, Barnsley - new store and garden centre
  
  
• 11th March: Ocotal Way, Swindon - relocation into former Go Outdoors site
