B&M Removes Online Ordering Option

Retail Week has reported that B&M has removed the option of ordering goods online.

B&M began a trial of home delivery for large and bulky products in June 2022, later expanding the service to cover around 1,000 items, including bedding, electricals, garden furniture and toys.

The publication revealed that the delivery service was 'discreetly stopped' in February 2023, leaving a non-transactional website for browsing goods available in stores.

A separate website - B&M Garden Buildings - is advertised on the main website, and offers a range of decking, fencing, greenhouses, sheds, and other outdoor living items.

The discount retailer expanded, opened or relocated 13 stores during November, December, January, February and March, and is expected to open six sites in April and May.
