B&M Opens New Store in Kirby-in-Ashfield
B&M's latest store in Kirkby-in-Ashfield has been officially opened with more than 30 new jobs created.
The former The Original Factory store has undergone extensive refurbishment, and a wide range of branded products are available in-store, including toys, food & drink, homewares, pet products, health & beauty and seasonal.
As part of the opening day process, colleagues in the brand new Kirkby-in-Ashfield store nominated local charity, Change Grow Live, to be given some VIP treatment.
The charity supports adults, children, young people and families across a range of areas including; substance abuse, homelessness, family services, criminal justice and health and wellbeing.
As a thank you for all of the hard work they do in the community, and for helping to open the new B&M store, the charity were handed £250 worth of vouchers to spend in-store.
The store manager, Sarah Price, said: “The team from Change Grow Live really stood out for us as they go the extra mile for the local community. We wanted to give them some VIP treatment as a thank you for all the hard work they do.
“We hope that our donation can help them to continue the great work they do.”
