As part of the opening day process, colleagues in the brand new Kirkby-in-Ashfield store nominated local charity, Wipe Your Tears, to be given some VIP treatment.
The charity is committed to changing the lives of children who suffer from a serious or terminal illness better. They help grant end of life wishes, fund vital at home medical equipment and much more.
As a thank you for all of the hard work they do in the community, and for helping to open the new B&M store, the charity were handed £250 worth of vouchers to spend in-store.
The store manager, Dawn Faulks, said: “The team from Wipe Your Tears really stood out for us as they go the extra mile for local children in the community, so we wanted to give them some VIP treatment as a thank you for all the hard work they do.
