B&M: Latest Store News

B&M has expanded, opened and relocated a number of new stores since August.

August 2023:

• 15th August: East Road Retail Park, Irvine - new store in former Argos and Halfords units
  
  
• 16th August: Central 12 Retail Park, Southport - new store and garden centre in former Outfit and Sports Direct units

• 25th August: Glasgow Forge Retail Park - refurbishment

• 26th August: Brunel Retail Park - relocation, new garden centre in former Next units
  

September 2023:

• 9th September: Switch Island Leisure Park, Liverpool - refurbishment

• 13th September: Sovereign Harbour Retail Park, Eastbourne - new store and garden centre on former Cineworld site
  
  
• 13th September: Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham - new store in former M&S unit

• 23rd September: Hawley Road, Hinckley - new store in former Poundstretcher
  
  
• 25th September: Trostre Retail Park, Llanelli - relocation and new garden centre in former Next, H&M and Tui units
  
  
• 29th October: Wigan, Robin Retail Park - new store and garden centre in former Wickes store

October 2023:

• 7th October: Newbury, Berkshire - new store in former Pets at Home, Topps Tiles and Lidl units

• 14th October: The Fort Shopping Park, Birmingham - new store in former Poundworld, Clarks, Debenhams and New Look units

• 18th October: Monks Cross Shopping Park, York - new store and garden centre in former  Poundworld, Hobbycraft, Morrisons and a vacant unit 
  
  
• 24th October: Fenland Way, Chatteris - new store in former Poundstretcher

• 28th October: Retail World, Gateshead - expansion into neighbouring unit which used to house Poundland

November 2023:

• 11th November: Cramlington, Manor Walks - relocated store in former Gala Bingo unit
  
  
• 23rd November: Teesside Shopping Park, Thornaby - new store in former Toys R Us unit
  
  
• 25th November: Franklin Mews, Northwich - new store and garden centre in former Carpet Right, Sports Direct, Peacocks and Argos units
