BiKBBI Awards Retailer Of The Year To Wren Kitchens

WrenSheffield

Wren Kitchens have been crowned retailer of the year for a second year in a row after taking the prestige title at the BiKBBI awards 2022 and 2023.

The UK’s largest manufacturer and retailer of kitchens saw off competition from Wickes, Homebase, and Victoria Plum to take the crown for the second year running.

The British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installation hosted its second BiKBBI Awards ceremony at the prestigious QEII Centre in London’s Westminster on Tuesday 7th February.

The judges awarded Wren Kitchens the prestigious award due to its communication strategy with installers, investment in technology, and overall consumer proposition.

A comment from the judges stated:

“The judges were impressed with the diligence shown on the subject of installer compliance and its commitment to positive change in relation to its partnership with The British Institute of KBB Installation”

Steven Hatfield, Head of Installer Recruitment and Performance at Wren Kitchens also commented:

“It’s great to once again to be awarded National Retailer of the Year for 2023, ahead of other national retailers. This achievement recognises the Wren family and our unwavering commitment to raising installation standards and improving installer compliance, whilst delivering an exceptional experience for our customers from showroom design right through to installation.”

The BiKBBI Awards programme, which launched in 2021, received 130 entries from 102 businesses and individuals across ten categories for the 2023 campaign.
