Gosforth Garden Centre, now under British Garden Centres' ownership, saw a phenomenal reopening this weekend, with queues of excited shoppers eager to experience the transformation and see inside the new store. The refurbished centre and restaurant were packed with happy customers, signalling a roaring success and a welcome addition to the local community.
Gosforth Garden Centre in Gosforth Park is now open, following a short closure after being taken on by the UK’s largest family-owned garden centre group. The new centre was officially opened by celebrity gardener David Domoney at the weekend and is packed with everything you could possibly need for your garden.
The new store features plants, sundries, garden accessories, homeware, gifts and the Fern Living outdoor furniture range, exclusive to British Garden Centres and an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable team on hand to share their knowledge and inspire you for your garden and home. Customers can also find Maidenhead Aquatics and Weird Fish within the centre, adding further to the collection of trusted retailers in-store.
Families will be delighted to discover the indoor soft play area, providing a safe and fun space for children to burn off some energy while parents browse the centre or relax with a coffee. The Gardener’s Retreat Restaurant is now home to a brand new carvery and will also be serving up delicious freshly prepared meals, light bites, and sweet treats to refuel after a spot of shopping.
