Angela Rushforth Appointed Managing Director for BSS

Angela Rushforth has been appointed as managing director for BSS, Travis Perkins' pipeline and heating solutions distribution business.

She is replacing Kieran Griffin who has been appointed to the role of managing director for the Travis Perkins builders merchant business.

Rushforth moves from the role of managing director for Benchmarx Kitchens and Joinery, having previously held the CEO position for Birchwood Price Tools, and leading own brand development across the Travis Perkins group.

Before joining Travis Perkins in 2015 she was managing director of Ridgeons.

She will report to Travis Perkins’ chief operating officer for trade merchanting, Frank Elkins.

Frank Elkins said: “Angela has earned a reputation for her great leadership, and brings a wealth of valuable experience to BSS, having headed up a number of successful projects and businesses in our industry and beyond. She is passionate about customers and has great talent for developing and delivering hugely successful trade counter and digital customer propositions.”
