Amazon Reportedly Eyeing London's West End For First UK Amazon Go Store

The Sunday Telegraph has reported that Amazon has plans to open its first Amazon Go store in central London.
The article states that the cashierless store is to open in a site near Oxford Circus near the capital's West End.
Amazon was first rumoured to be looking for a central London site in February 2017, having submitted trademark applications to protect the Amazon Go brand in the UK and Europe in December 2016.
Amazon is understood to have been seeking sites of between 3,000 and 5,000 square feet in size.
In October 2018, Amazon revealed its first Amazon 4* store in New York - a new physical store where everything for sale is rated 4 stars and above, is a top seller, or is new and trending on Amazon.com.
Amazon has yet to comment on the report.
